Refund Policy in full

At SmooleyArt, all artwork is created and sold with care, Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of original artwork and custom pieces, all sales are final.

I do not offer refunds or exchanges for :

Changes of mind

Incorrect size or style chosen

Personal preference after purchase

Commissioned or custom-made artwork

By placing the order, you agree to this Refund Policy.

Damaged Items in Transit

If your artwork arrives damaged, you must contact me within 48 hours of delivery with:

A description of the damage

Clear photographic evidence of the packaging and the artwork

If the damage is confirmed, I will offer one of the following at my discretion;

A replacement (if possible) or

A partial or full refund

Claims after 48 hours cannot be accepted.

Lost Orders

If your order is confirmed as lost by the delivery service, a replacement or refund will be issued after an investigation period,

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

For commissioned or custom artwork, cancellations are not accepted once work has begun.
